Processing Time

Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process and prepare your order before shipping. You’ll receive a confirmation email after placing your order, followed by tracking details once it ships.

Note: During new collection launches or promotional periods, processing may require a little extra time — thank you for your patience.

At Meraki By Kim, orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. Please note we do not operate on weekends or national holidays.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout. Meraki By Kim is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Shipping & Delivery

Meraki By Kim cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages. We know how frustrating this can be — if your package goes missing, we recommend filing a claim with USPS here:

We currently ship throughout the United States and to select international destinations.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.):
• Standard: 5–8 business days
• Expedited: 2–3 business days

International Shipping:
• Rates are calculated at checkout
• Delivery time varies by destination
• Please note: All customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the recipient
